Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is based on the yoga taught by sage patanjali, the author of the Yoga Aphorisms. Ashtanga Yoga includes the eight limbs of Yoga, namely, yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and Samadhi.
